Jack Myron Rubenstein, MD
Jack M. Rubenstein, MD, FACP is an internist with specialty expertise in nephrology and geriatric medicine. He has been in practice since 1982 at North Shore LIJ Health System
. Dr. Rubenstein is the Medical Director of the Clinical Reasoning Consultation Program, and Associate Professor of Medicine at the Hofstra North Shore LIJ School of Medicine. He is also a founding member of the Society to Improve Diagnosis in Medicine
Trisha Torrey is "Every Patient's Advocate", a name she gave herself after a misdiagnosis in 2004 which prompted her career change to patient empowerment and advocacy. Today she is About.com's patient empowerment guide. She has written three books including two for the private health advocates. In 2009 she founded AdvoConnection.com,
an organization that provides business support to help private health advocates start and grow their practices.
Ronald M. Wyatt, MD
Ronald M. Wyatt, MD, is the medical director in the Division of Healthcare Improvement at The Joint Commission.
In this role, Dr. Wyatt promotes quality improvement and patient safety to internal and external audiences, works to influence public policy and legislation for patient safety improvements, and serves as the lead patient safety information and education resource within The Joint Commission.
Alix Stoll is an award winning actor, playwright and screenwriter. She is a gifted communicator that offers new insights on effective communication and presentations.
